Rockfon, a global leader in acoustic and fire-rated ceiling solutions, is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our Warehousing & Site Logistics team at our state-of-the-art Lockport distribution center. This position reports to the Distribution Center Manager, Logistics.

Hourly Rate: $21.00

Shift: First

Weekly Working Hours: 07:00 am to 03:30 pm – (Monday-Friday)

Role Overview:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment operation, safely and efficiently moving materials, loading trucks, and ensuring every shipment leaves our facility on time and damage-free, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

What You will Do:

• Operate forklifts to pick, load, and unload customer orders with precision and speed
• Verify inventory accuracy
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment following 5S principles and all company safety protocols
• Collaborate with your team to consistently meet on-time shipping, accuracy, and efficiency targets
• Support inbound receiving, inventory movement, and cycle counting activities

What You Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in highly fast-paced distribution center

• Current forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain through our training program)
• Proven experience with safe truck-loading/unloading practices and warehouse best practices
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanning equipment
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 80 lbs safely
• Strong communication skills, basic math ability, and English fluency
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to working effectively in a team-oriented environment
