Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Transformation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Digital Business Unit Delivery Transformation & Innovation team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to redefine operational excellence by leading end-to-end transformation initiatives that modernize our global service delivery. You’ll champion the adoption of emerging technologies like Generative AI and intelligent automation, turning innovative ideas into scalable realities that directly enhance our productivity and customer experience. Here, your expertise in process optimization will challenge the status quo and help build the resilient, tech-enabled foundation of our future.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead transformation initiatives: Identify, design, and execute process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, analytics, and automation to drive operational performance.
• Design scalable service models: Architect standardized workflows, governance structures, and platform-based delivery models for new customer implementations and operational expansion.
• Deploy intelligent automation: Prioritize and implement high-value use cases for Generative AI, robotics, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Drive change and adoption: Partner with cross-functional teams to manage change, ensuring new technologies and processes deliver measurable business benefits.
• Strengthen operational resilience: Embed risk management, compliance controls, and standard work practices into all transformation efforts.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, digital transformation, or strategy consulting.
• Strong knowledge of implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital platforms within high-volume service delivery environments.
• Proven ability in leading complex change management initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and experience with business process outsourcing (BPO) or intelligent document processing (IDP).
• A Bachelor’s degree, eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Reasonably expected salary range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
