Position Title: Quality Management Associate - Intention Healthcare
Job Title: Quality Management Associate
Position Summary: The Quality Management Associate will support the quality department in monitoring, analyzing, and improving healthcare delivery processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving quality improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of patient safety and excellence across the organization.

Location: Hybrid (three days/week in the office)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards,
- Conduct internal audits and quality reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring improvement
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
Process Improvement
- Support quality improvement (QI) initiatives
- Apply industry-standard methodologies such as PDSA
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
Patient Care Connections
- Support HEDIS measures evaluations by scheduling appropriate appointments
- Align with patients to aid in closing care gaps
- As part of Clinical Operations team, aid in covering phone lines as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or a related role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
