In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat. Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and good command of English.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite and commit to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer service experience (email, chat, or call) is an advantage but not mandatory.
