In this role, you will:

• Provide vision and set direction for all of technology development and infrastructure or service component for a defined business unit
• Manage and allocate appropriate people and financial resources to ensure that projects are completed within committed time and budget, and align with strategic objectives
• Develop and monitor long range information technology plans and policies consistent with the strategic objectives and plans of the business unit
• Identify capacity planning, efficiency, availability, business enablement and time to market
• Provide comprehensive consultation to more experienced management regarding business requirements
• Recommend innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and information technology
• Provide technology solutions for the large business unit, including application portfolio standardization and rationalization
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ years of Management experience

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

• Experience in Technology Strategic Leadership, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
• Management experience

The Technology Executive – Developer Experience & Shared Engineering Capabilities is an enterprise‑level leadership role accountable for defining and executing the firm’s strategy for developer experience, SDLC platforms, and horizontally shared engineering capabilities.

This role establishes clear enterprise accountability for developer‑facing platforms, SDLC execution, product and release enablement, lifecycle governance, and developer experience insights (DXI)—capabilities that are foundational to delivering software at scale in a complex, regulated environment. Today, these capabilities are often fragmented across organizations, resulting in inconsistent experiences, duplicated investment, delivery friction, and avoidable risk.

This executive consolidates ownership under a single accountable leader responsible for outcomes, not tools, ensuring that SDLC platforms, release enablement, compliance automation, developer insights, and community‑driven enablement operate as an integrated, scalable system. By embedding quality, security, and regulatory controls directly into developer workflows—and using data‑driven insights to continuously prioritize improvements—this role materially improves time to market, platform adoption and reuse, audit outcomes, and developer productivity and satisfaction.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$290,000.00 - $500,000.00
