We are seeking a Line Lead/Cook who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help us deliver the best experience to our customers.
Salary/Hours:

- Start Immediately!
- Competitive pay (base salary plus tip pooling).
- Hours are 3pm to close M-F, 8am to close S-S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team and assist with daily operations.
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Handle food prep, inventory, and ordering supplies.
Other Administrative Tasks:
- Manage staff schedules and shift assignments.
- Assist with payroll tracking and basic reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when needed.

- Experience as a cook; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
