Description
A key component of the ideal candidate’s experience includes the development, implementation, and tracking of deferred maintenance plans and capital improvement needs. Preference will be given to candidates with prior supervisory experience in parks maintenance, groundskeeping, recreation facilities, or public infrastructure operations, particularly within a municipal or county government setting, including demonstrated experience managing deferred maintenance programs or asset management systems.
