Job Summary:
Supports project teams in executing construction activities by assisting with planning, coordination, and documentation. Applies classroom knowledge to field and office tasks to gain hands-on experience in project delivery. Collaborates with project engineers, superintendents, and trade partners to help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Contributes to project meetings, reporting, and progress tracking to support overall team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists project teams with daily field coordination and documentation of construction activities.
Supports project engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify scope and design requirements.
Collects and organizes data for project logs, daily reports, and safety records.
Observes site operations to understand construction means, methods, and sequencing.
Participates in project meetings and supports preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
Assists with procurement tracking and materials management.
Collaborates with team members to promote DPR Construction’s safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Education Qualifications:
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
Prior internship, co-op, or related experience in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment or participating in project-based coursework preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
Anticipated starting pay range:
