Design and maintain lifecycle stages, lead status, deal stages, and other CRM structures based on approved business definitions.
Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, routing logic, automation, lists, and related in-platform processes.
Translate approved business requirements into scalable HubSpot design decisions and recommend better technical approaches when needed.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
Manage user access, roles, permission sets, and visibility rules to support security, usability, and team workflows.
Drive CRM data quality through field design, validation logic, naming conventions, deduplication processes, and recurring audits.
Support data migration work, including field mapping, import planning, testing, and quality assurance.
Document CRM architecture, field definitions, automation logic, and admin standards.
Train and support end users to improve adoption, consistency, and correct use of HubSpot.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience — must be demonstrable in a live portal, not limited to training or sandbox environments.
Experience designing or rebuilding HubSpot CRM architecture in a B2B environment.
Strong experience with workflows, lists, permissions, pipelines, properties, and reporting in HubSpot.
Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, business process design, and reporting logic.
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders on system requirements.
Strong documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certification(s) — e.g., HubSpot Administration, RevOps, or Solutions Architect.
Experience with HubSpot Enterprise or complex multi-team HubSpot environments.
Experience supporting RevOps, SaaS, or construction software teams.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and cross-system data dependencies.
