LOCATION: Great Neck, NY
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: W2, FULL-TIME/ IN- PERSON
Conduct Psychotherapy: Utilize evidence-based practices, such as CBT, ERP, DBT, ACT, CPT, and PE, to treat individuals with OCD, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders.
Participate in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Provide psychotherapy for higher-severity cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Perform diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress over time.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other clinicians and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Contribute to Program Development: Assist in refining and improving treatment protocols based on the latest research and clinical outcomes.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Licensure: Must hold a current license to practice clinical social work in the state of New York. Multiple state licenses are a plus.
Clinical Experience: 5 plus years of demonstrated experience in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, or autism spectrum disorders using evidence-based methods.
Therapeutic Expertise: Familiarity with CBT, ERP, DBT, ACT, CPT, and PE, as evidenced by clinical work, publications, or conference presentations.
Interest in OCD and Related Disorders: Expressed dedication to treating OCD and associated conditions.
Adaptability: Comfortable working with higher-severity populations.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and colleagues in a professional and empathetic manner.
