Description
Our Client is a 5* resort. The resort also houses a famous and very busy beach club, attracting a large number of outside guests.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Experience in a similar role
• Day club or beach club experience is a great plus
• Prior experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
• Involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
• Become the image of the venue and to build a positive reputation within the island, the community and the clientele
• Proven track record of F&B management success
• Demonstrated strength in financial planning and P&L management
• Extensive experience in high-volume, multi-concept dining operations
• Well presented, sociable, good entertaining and PR skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong leadership
• Computer literate
• Having a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A self-starter who is able to work creatively
• Excellent people skills and strong motivator
• Guest-focused and engaging, passionate about service
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
• Proactive and result driven
• Flexible working hours
