Role Definition
The Regional HR Shared Services Leader is accountable for the overall performance, quality, and scalability of regional HR operations. This includes ensuring centralized HR transactions, data management, and inquiry services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and consistently across all sites.
The role sets the strategic direction for Shared Services and translates global HR policies and processes into strong regional execution. It drives digital enablement and continuous improvement while developing shared services talent and partnering with HR Strategy Partners and COEs to enhance employee and manager experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a regional shared services organization that delivers centralized HR transactions, data management, and inquiry resolution.
- Translate global HR policies, processes, and standards into effective, compliant regional execution.
- Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and quality standards for HR service delivery.
- Partner with HR Digital Solutions to drive automation, system optimization, and digital enablement of HR processes.
- Monitor dashboards and analytics to identify trends, risks, capacity issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive process standardization and simplification to reduce manual work and increase efficiency and consistency.
- Own regional service level performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality resolution of employee and manager inquiries across all HR topics.
- Establish governance and controls to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all HR systems and databases.
- Ensure standardized documentation, workflows, and controls are in place for all HR transactions and lifecycle events.
- Manage regional demand and capacity planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and service coverage.
- Partner with COEs and HR Strategy Partners to provide operational insights that improve policy design and program effectivenes
- Drive a customer-centric service culture that continuously improves employee and manager experience.
- Ensure audit readiness, internal controls, and risk mitigation across all HR operations.

Expertise in defining, monitoring, and improving service levels, turnaround times, and quality standards.

Strong capability to ensure accuracy, consistency, privacy, and compliance of employee data and HR systems.

Ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing shared services teams and future leaders.
