We assess candidates through structured, bias-conscious interview questions, exploring how they have lived these values in their professional and personal experiences.
VMRC is a continuing care retirement community where over 700 residents consider to be "home", including independent living, assisted living, memory care, complete living care, transitional care, wellness center, and inpatient/outpatient rehab. We have more than 400 employees and are still growing. VMRC's employment opportunities can offer great satisfaction if you're looking to make a difference!
