Commercial Account Executive (Hybrid)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Account Executive to join agrowing team . You will work closely with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will handle the service aspects, allowing you to focus on client engagement and business development. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a respectful, growth-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Commission: Additional earnings on new business production
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details to be provided)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an existing book of business acquired through agency growth.
- Build and solidify relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the CSR to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the book of business.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Handle A-Z servicing of accounts, with a focus on renewals (90%) and new business (10%).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, preferably working with standard accounts.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus (training provided).
