Journeyman Electrician - Foreman

Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 / hour

Description

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. A leader of people/teams that still loves to work with their hands.

• Experience on construction sites leading teams. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• Austin, TX and the surrounding areas

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am-4:00pm (CST)

Your Contribution to Haas:

• Install/Maintain/Repair electrical systems (new/retro)
• Read and Interpret blueprints
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Communication with clients and team members
• Project Estimates 
• Maintain clean, organized job site
• Mentor apprentices as needed

Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:

• EV charger installs, sub-panels, residential rewiring, & troubleshooting (REQUIRED)
• Journeyman w/ 5+ years of electrician experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Experience with high-end residential electrical work 
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be fluent in English
