The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Partnership Distribution Officer, the PD Business Support Specialist will be the budget coordinator, risk champion, meeting support, and administrative work


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines

  • Act as the primary point of contact for risk management within the PD department, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for leaders’ PD meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting meeting outcomes

  • Support the development and execution of PD campaigns, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of PD materials, such as presentations, reports, and sales collateral

  • Manage and maintain PD databases and contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of PD processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration.

  • At least 5 years experiences at the same position

  • Proven experience in PD coordination, administrative support, or related roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
