Job Description

From coordinating transportation, securing accommodations to tracking travel expenses and ensuring accurate documentation, your passion for organization and impeccable communication skills will shine as you navigate the ins and outs of travel logistics.

What will you do:

  • Engage in the process of planning and organizing transportation, accommodation, insurance, and other travel services for IB employees.
  • Collaborate with employees to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate modes of transport, travel dates, costs, and accommodation.
  • Collaborate with travel agencies and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Advise and monitor complaints or refunds related to travel services.
  • Monitor and advise on employee travel reports and process benefits.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.
  • Distribute relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, maps, regulations, etc.) to employees as needed.
  • Track travel expenses and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, in collaboration with the team and manager.
  • Be available for occasional business travel, including training, professional development, and company events.

 
What we are looking for:

  • Highschool diploma or last year student of Economics or Business studies and you can work full time for 12 months
  • You can work full time on site ( 40 hours per week)
  • You have the affinity in travel, hospitality, or related areas.
  • You are persistent and solution oriented
  • You are fluent in English – both written and spoken
  • You are willing to work in a fast-growing environment
