As a Supply Demand Analyst, you will play a key role in balancing customer demand with available supply while supporting critical planning and execution activities. You will analyze complex datasets, uncover potential risks and opportunities, and help collaborators make informed decisions that protect customer commitments and support revenue objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing cross-functional decisions, and improving operational performance through data and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand, backlog, sales forecasts, supply availability, and customer support signals to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align demand and supply assumptions and support planning decisions
- Evaluate plan feasibility, supply constraints, allocation needs, and demand changes to support customer commitments and constrained consensus planning
- Resolve supply-demand gaps, planning exceptions, data quality issues, and process handoff challenges that impact execution
- Develop reporting, scenario analysis, and recommendations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and RapidResponse
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence, planning, or reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar enterprise planning and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain planning environments
- Experience supporting demand-supply balancing, allocation planning, forecast analysis, or customer support planning processes
- Passion for leveraging, building, and improving AI-supported workflows
- Experience using AI-assisted analysis and decision-support tools to improve planning and operational outcomes
