Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Role is supporting reporting and analytics for the OMRA organization within RCO.  Primary focus will be the advancement of performance and workflow optimization through the development and delivery of advanced business intelligence dashboards to drive business results and improved performance. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating requirements with senior leaders and performance managers across RCO and leading dashboard development efforts. Candidate must have strong communication skills, deep knowledge of RCO and Credit Assistance as well as advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and or Power BI. 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years Credit Assistance reporting experience

  • 2+ years Performance Management analytics experience

  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of RCO and OMRA processes
  • 2+ years Tableau dashboard development experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
