We are looking to add a skilled assistant to our team! Weekday and some Saturday availability required.
OUR PRACTICE:
Dental365 - Croton on HudsonSCHEDULE:
- Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (x2 per month - alternates with Saturday)
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (2x per month)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
- Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures
- Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
- Order supplies and manage back-office inventory
- Help provide guidance and training for assistants and team members in the office.
- Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
- Perform various office tasks as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Dental Assisting experience
- Inventory and supply management experience.
- Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
- A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
