- Acquisition Process: Work closely with Used Car Managers and the Service Department to purchase vehicles for the dealership.
- Customer Interaction: Talk to customers and offer a hands-on, hassle-free appraisal of their vehicle.
- Logistics: Handle shipping vehicles to the dealership.
- Inspection and Acceptance: Inspect and accept vehicles arriving on-site, resolving discrepancies regarding condition inspections.
- Reconditioning: Create and execute a reconditioning action plan to prepare vehicles for retail.
