About you on this role

Dow is a dynamic and innovative Science and Materials Company committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving profitability. Your job will need you to act as an interface between internal stakeholders within the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will manage the operational needs and collaborate closely with functional partners (Marketing & Sales, Supply chain, Customer Service etc.) to meet company objectives. You will use conceptual knowledge and experience to complete a range of assignments and tasks, with need of limited guidance and direction. You will work as a part of a team at Dow helping us combine expertise and technologies to create an invigorating customer experience.  

Responsibilities

• Manage sample inventory replenishment based on demand trends to ensure timely sample availability and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external sample providers to support seamless operations and enhance process efficiency.
• Identify process inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Execute sample order entry activities accurately while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a focal point for key systems, tools, metrics, and business processes, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions proactively.
• Train new team members, conduct refresher training, maintain product and business knowledge, and ensure service levels are achieved in line with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Order Receipt and Handling
• Operating Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• System experience in SAP will be preferred.
