• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks related to business activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company's business activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Manage and maintain corporate legal matters, governance practices, and required corporate documentation.
• Support in handling legal dispute, claims, and other legal matters, including coordinating with external counsel when required
• Provide legal support for business initiatives, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Monitor the implementation and update the legal policies, SOPs, and templates.
• Maintaining legal records.
• Coordinate the legal team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal partners to ensure effective delivery of legal support.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.    
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal experience.    
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.    
• Experienced in providing legal advice and identifying legal risks.    
• Experienced in preparing and submiting LKPM quarterly reports    
• Experienced in operating OSS and managing licenses via OSS.    
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, contract, employment, and regulatory laws.   
• Knowledge of data protection, IPR, and ITE law.    
• Experienced in handling legal disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel.    
• Experienced in legal research, compliance monitoring, and legal documentation.    
• Experience in leading or coordinating a legal team is preferred.    
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.    
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.    
• Able to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions.    
• Strong stakeholder management skills.    
• High integrity and professional judgment.
