Accountability and Scope

  • Timely scanning and transmission of all replenishment requirements.
  • Receipt, storage, and distribution of products in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support customer operations through timely replenishment of line-side inventory and material movement activities.
  • Assist with the implementation of new line-side locations, inventory bins, cabinets, and related materials management infrastructure.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards for on-site work areas and line-side inventory locations.
  • Promptly communicate inventory shortages, quality concerns, and supply issues to the Onsite Representative Lead or designated management personnel.
  • Support a safe and hazard-free workplace by following all applicable material handling procedures, utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and adhering to environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Comply with all customer and company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customer personnel and internal stakeholders to support daily operational activities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain working knowledge of company products, services, inventory systems, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Monitor production floor bins, storage cabinets, and inventory locations to identify replenishment needs.
  • Perform inventory inspections, including shelf-life and expiration-date verification, as required.
  • Coordinate the availability and delivery of required chemicals and materials in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Package, prepare, and process materials for shipment.
  • Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to accurately transmit replenishment orders.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products and documentation for accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Gather, transport, deliver, and stock inventory in designated customer locations.
  • Level-load inventory and make stock adjustments as directed to support production requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, drum dollies, forklifts, and order pickers, when properly trained and certified.
  • Maintain floor cleanliness and perform minor repairs or replacement of inventory bins, cabinets, racks, and labels as needed.
  • Provide timely communication regarding inventory discrepancies, shortages, quality concerns, or operational issues to the Onsite Representative Lead.
  • Follow established work procedures to ensure compliance with customer site requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all required safety and environmental training and actively contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Attend required customer and company meetings and training sessions.
  • Accommodate customer operational requirements, including schedule adjustments, overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
  • Travel between customer locations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
