Job Title: Executive Assistant, RCB China

Your key responsibilities
- Act as a key user for commercial platforms and systems, including user support, access management, data maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and process governance.
- Support sales excellence activities through reporting, commercial data analysis, budgeting coordination, forecasting support, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate business reviews, customer events, workshops, team activities, and international visitor programs to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and business insights that support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to business leaders, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reimbursement processing.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, supply chain, and regional teams to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 1 year of administrative, secretarial, business support, or coordination experience in a multinational environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset, customer-focused approach, willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to work effectively across functions.
