1. Develop and coordinate primary packaging for OEM personal care products, including bottles, tubes, jars, caps, pumps, and other packaging components.
2. Review customer requirements, packaging specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
3. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, R&D, Quality, Production, and other related departments throughout the packaging development process.
4. Evaluate and select suitable packaging materials and components based on product requirements, quality, cost, and production feasibility.
5. Manage packaging development activities from concept, sample development, testing, and approval through to mass production.
6. Conduct packaging trials and support troubleshooting of packaging-related issues during development and production.
7. Follow up on packaging samples, testing results, tooling/mold development, and supplier activities.
8. Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, technical documents, and development records.
9. Identify and resolve packaging quality and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
10. Support cost improvement and packaging optimization projects.
11. Ensure packaging development complies with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
12. Support new product launches and ensure projects are completed according to the agreed timeline.
