We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support the effective operation of our behavioral health facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a compassionate environment focused on patient care and organizational excellence. Fulltime Shift:
- Monday to Friday - ((7am to 3pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and families to promote effective care
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and staff
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
- Daily chart documentation
- Be familiar with The Wood Group’s policy and procedures to include employee handbook
- On- Call rotation every other week

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in behavioral health preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in behavioral health or related field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills-
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations-
- Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical standards in healthcare-
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
