What you'll do...
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately, but the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
We’re looking for a Full-time 2nd Shift Custodian to support operations at our new Central Fill Pharmacy in Springfield, MO.
Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years custodial background
Salary: $17.00 per hour, plus $2.00 per hour night differential rate
Schedule: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Hours may vary depending on business needs, but the position will consistently be on the evening shift.

What You'll Do:
- Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events performing minor maintenance and repair activities collecting and transporting recyclables disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers and reporting facility issues for example roof leaks power outages to management
- Ensures clean and sanitary facilities for example offices restrooms conference rooms lobbies elevators parking lots according to company safety procedures and guidelines and federal state and local laws and regulations for example Occupational Safety and Health Administration OSHA regulations state health department regulations by wearing personal protective equipment emptying waste receptacles and recycle bins dusting sweeping and wet mopping stripping and waxing floors cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and showers vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets cleaning electronic devices for example microwaves windows air conditioner ducts and ceiling tiles and identifying and reacting to additional cleaning needs
- Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers' customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.20 - $22.80* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
