Job Description:
As the Senior Product Manager within the Concrete Systems Division, you will deliver the strategy, performance and growth of a critical portfolio of engineered construction solutions including Reidbar, fittings and cast-in products.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape portfolio direction, lead innovation, influence investment decisions and work closely with customers, sales teams, sourcing and local manufacturing.
Success in this role means delivering sustainable growth, bringing customer-backed innovation (new product development) to market and creating solutions that leave a lasting mark on major infrastructure and construction projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Based at our Chirnside Park site, 2-3 days per week on site.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow a diverse portfolio through product lifecycle management, encompassing new product development, portfolio optimisation and end-of-life rationalisation.
- Develop and execute segment strategies that drive revenue, profitability and market share growth across ANZ.
- Lead Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) and new product development projects from concept through to successful market launch.
- Partner with customers, engineering, operations, sourcing, sales and marketing teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Manage strategic projects, monitor portfolio performance and provide insight-driven reporting and recommendations.
- Act as the portfolio expert for stakeholder and customer enquiries while strengthening the Reid product offering.
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in Product Management, Category Management, Field Sales or a similar commercially focused role.
- Ability to work confidently within a technical, engineering, construction or manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and on budget.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing product portfolios, revenue performance and growth initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proactive growth mindset.
