We currently provide support to the Threat Support Management Office (TSMO) in the Continental United States (CONUS) and occasionally Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) with services to deploy, operate, maintain, and redeploy relevant threat signal simulators, including unique injection jamming devices, virtual training, virtual infrastructure, and foreign commercial cell phone systems in a Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Electronic Warfare (EW) environment in support of DoD and are currently looking to hire a Military Planner/Liaison Officer based out of our site located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), base camp at Orogrande, NM.


The Military Planner / Liaison Officer (LNO) will lead the logistics portion of Field Training Exercises (FTX) and Testing & Evaluation (T&E) events. These events take place at various CONUS and OCONUS DoD ranges and facilities.

  

The Planner will be responsible for:

  • Logistics Support & Coordination: 
    • Scheduling shipments for testing and training exercises and events.
    • Inventory control of necessary equipment, including tracking and maintaining readiness.
    • Shipping & Receiving operations, ensuring timely delivery and accountability of materials.
  • Military & Government Liaison: Coordinating with U.S. military personnel, government officials, and supporting contractors in a professional and competent manner.

Work Conditions:

  • Conditions will vary as some work will be accomplished outdoors.
  • Activities will include 70% Sitting, 25% Walking, 5% lifting.
  • Must be able to deploy both CONUS and OCONUS.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High School diploma at a minimum.
  • 15+ years of military logistic planning experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of military operations and organizations, including doctrine, tactics, command structures, and Army property control.
  • Familiarity with military planning and staff processes, including joint and combined planning, and the role of OPFOR in training environments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to operate professionally in a high OPTEMPO environment.
  • Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Secret Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.
  • All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
