Location: Home Based with occasional national travel
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,877.80 - £34,240.03

At Waythrough, we're looking for a Business Change Support Officer to join our Service Development and Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to support organisation-wide change initiatives, helping us deliver improvements that positively impact the people and communities we serve.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, keeping projects on track and working with a variety of stakeholders. It could also be an excellent stepping stone for someone looking to develop a career in project management or business change.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Change Support Officer, you'll provide vital administrative and project support to help ensure key projects are delivered successfully. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing project documentation, reports, agendas and meeting minutes
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and project activities
- Tracking project milestones, deadlines, risks and deliverables
- Maintaining project plans, registers and tracking tools
- Managing project records, SharePoint folders and Teams channels
- Supporting procurement processes and financial administration
- Producing project status reports and performance information
- Building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
- Supporting and occasionally leading smaller projects and workstreams where appropriate
About You
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a home-based role
- Experienced in providing high-quality administrative support
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting tools
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interested in business change, transformation or project management
