With all the information available today, it takes a skilled knowledge manager to know how to find, catalog, and organize information to give their clients the right answers at the right time to properly inform the critical decisions they must make. As a knowledge manager, you will use your technical expertise and attention to detail to develop SharePoint solutions to ensure your clients have the actionable intelligence and any supporting context they might need to tackle the problem at hand. You Have:
- 2+ years of experience administering SharePoint site collections, document libraries, permissions, and access controls
- Experience designing and configuring SharePoint workflows for document review, approval, records management, and content lifecycle processes
- Experience developing site architecture, content architectures, metadata schemas, content types, taxonomies, and navigation structures
- Experience establishing governance standards and working with security groups for SharePoint environments and network shared drives on DoD systems
- Experience implementing version control, retention policies, archival procedures, and information security requirements
- Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint Designer 2013, or workflow automation tools
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, or 7+ years of experience in knowledge management in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting knowledge management or records management for the DoD or a federal agency
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, data loss prevention, information governance, or records compliance capabilities
- Experience modernizing legacy shared drives, migrating content to SharePoint, and driving adoption of new collaboration processes
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
