Experience
- Professional experience (3–4 years) in a Lead Solution Architect role or similar;- Solid hands-on experience in software engineering with modern programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and distributed systems;- Understanding of architectural concepts for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity;- Ability to balance speed of delivery with system robustness, while managing technical debt to align long-term architectural health with short-term business objectives;- Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative spirit, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
