Join our Executive Lawyer team and play a key role in providing strategic legal counsel, managing complex commercial and regulatory matters, mitigating legal risks, technology and AI, and supporting critical business decisions to drive organizational success.

We are hiring for the following roles:

 

Contracting Counsel Manager

• Lead, structure, negotiate and close Accenture’s complex client transactions to be most advantageous from a legal and business perspective and educate and advise company executives with respect to legal and risk management issues
• Counsel, guide, train and support junior CLPs
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company, its clients, and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into company’s transactional practices
• Develop subject matter experience in one of more areas that benefit Legal and/or our business

• Must be a Lawyer

• Minimum 6 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing areas in roles with increasing responsibility, such experience should be in a law firm or in a fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group in a relevant industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred

 

Global Trade Compliance Counsel Manager

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of Accenture’s trade compliance program initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, executing defined activities and priorities set by global and regional trade compliance leadership
• Planning and drafting trade compliance communications with internal stakeholders to reinforce existing policies, guidance, and escalation pathways.
• Must be a Lawyer
• Must have 3 - 5 years of experience with Global Trade and compliance.

 

Compliance & Ethics Counsel Manager

• Provide strategic and practical subject matter expertise to internal corporate and business functions globally on data privacy compliance, privacy risk management, privacy reviews and privacy by design.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that further strengthen and mature Accenture's global privacy program, including governance frameworks, operational processes, review methodologies, reporting, stakeholder engagement models and privacy-by-design capabilities.
• Must be a Licensed Lawyer
• Minimum 7 years experience in global data privacy law and practice in a global company, law firm, consulting environment or technology and IT sector.

 

Ecosystems Counsel Manager

• Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including master alliance, teaming, subcontracts, agency resale, licenses, joint development, and various other ecosystem-related documents
• Advising on agency accounting as well as third party compensation matters (including market development funding, customer investment funds, value-based deals, revenue shares, and referral fee constructs)
• Minimum [8 yrs.] relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI services
• Experience with technology services, emerging technologies and offerings.
• Must be a Licensed Lawyer
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI services. Experience with technology services, emerging technologies and offerings.

 

Strat Growth Init Counsel Manager (Tech and AI)

• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team
• Enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting, including developing guidance and templates and providing SME support to deal teams
• Must be a Licensed Lawyer
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI services

 

Strat Growth Init Counsel Sr Manager (Tech and AI)

• Conduct legal risk assessments of new and evolving services, solutions, platforms, tools and capabilities including those incorporating advanced AI and prepare them for market in compliance with laws, regulations and Accenture policies.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team
• Must be a Licensed Lawyer
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI products and services
