A/D Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for motivated HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team.

We've served Southern California since 1980, and today A/D is entering a completely new stage.

We're under new ownership and management, modernizing our operations and rapidly expanding.

We're investing in our employees, technology, vehicles, equipment, training, marketing and infrastructure because our goal isn't to stay the size we are today.

Your Role

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you'll work on residential replacement and installation projects throughout our service area.

Responsibilities may include:

• Removing existing HVAC equipment
• Installing condensers, furnaces, coils and air handlers
• Installing heat pumps and package equipment
• Running and connecting refrigerant piping
• Installing condensate drainage
• Assisting with electrical and control wiring
• Installing thermostats
• Fabricating/installing sheet metal and transitions
• Installing and modifying ductwork
• Brazing and pressure testing
• Evacuating and charging systems
• Performing system startup and testing
• Protecting customers' homes and maintaining clean jobsites
• Completing photographs and job documentation
