• As a Manager of Engineering, you will serve as a senior technology leader responsible for modernizing enterprise integration ecosystems, driving engineering excellence, and delivering scalable cloud-native solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with architectural leadership to solve complex business challenges across diverse systems and domains.
• You will lead the design and evolution of enterprise integration platforms, guide modernization programs, and champion the adoption of AI-enabled engineering capabilities that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.

Your Impact

• Lead the modernization and evolution of enterprise integration platforms, driving technology strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices. ,
• Own the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, API-first, and event-driven architectures supporting enterprise-scale business capabilities.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives including system modernization, repository migrations, architectural assessments, and technical debt reduction programs. 
• Establish engineering standards across software development, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Design and implement AI-enabled engineering solutions that improve developer productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate software delivery.
• Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic AI frameworks, tool-calling capabilities, and enterprise knowledge sources to create practical business solutions.
• Partner with architects, product leaders, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, driving resolution strategies, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
• Mentor engineers, facilitate architecture and design reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, balancing strategic objectives with technical sustainability and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, integration platforms, distributed systems, and modernization programs.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#,.NET, and modern software engineering practices.
• Deep experience with microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API-first architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-native applications and modern deployment architectures.
• Experience leading modernization initiatives, technical debt remediation programs, and enterprise architecture transformations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization, observability, security, scalability, and platform operations.
• Practical experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows and software development processes.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, token optimization, AI-assisted development, agentic AI concepts, and MCP ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and leading technical discussions involving architecture, risks, delivery trade-offs, and long-term technology strategy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities in global, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
