In-Home CNA | Evening Shift (2 PM–10 PM)

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a compassionate and dependable In-Home CNA to join our team at Pathways Omaha, located at 5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to participants in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 72.5 cents per mile for eligible travel.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, offering consistent evening hours with no overnight shifts.

 

This position will pay up to $22.06/hour.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participant’s homes. Assists in monitoring and reporting participant’s health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.

 

Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.

Be at least 18 years of age.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
