About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Geriatrician (Arabic Speaker) to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for older adults, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of age-related health conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in elderly patients.Develop individualized care plans addressing complex medical, functional, and cognitive needs.Manage conditions such as dementia, frailty, falls, osteoporosis, polypharmacy, and chronic diseases.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including rehabilitation, nursing, and social services.Promote healthy aging, preventive care, and patient education.Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and medical education.RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical qualification.Recognized Board Certification/CCT/Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine with specialization in Geriatrics.Valid DOH License/Eligibility Letter or eligibility to obtain one.Minimum 3–5 years of Consultant-level experience in Geriatric Medicine.Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
