Write clear, concise, and testable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria that enable development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Break down large initiatives into epics, features, and user stories, ensuring work is organized, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
Bring structure to ambiguous or loosely defined requests by identifying missing information, clarifying assumptions, and documenting requirements in a consistent and organized manner.
Apply systems thinking to understand business processes, technical dependencies, and the downstream impacts of proposed solutions.
Create process flows, workflow diagrams, decision trees, business rules, and other documentation that improves stakeholder alignment and solution design.
Support user acceptance testing by validating that delivered functionality meets documented business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate across business and technology teams to resolve questions, manage requirement changes, and ensure successful implementation.
Continuously improve documentation standards, requirements practices, and business analysis processes.

Experience with cloud platforms or enterprise applications.

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to ask insightful questions, uncover hidden requirements, and drive clarity among diverse stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to organize complex information into structured, actionable documentation.
Demonstrated expertise in eliciting, documenting, organizing, and managing business and functional requirements.
Skilled in using Excel and other tools to document, reconcile, and validate business and technical data during system implementations, testing, and process improvements.
