  • Assist in organizing and directing field work to ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Support emergency response preparedness through training, planning, stakeholder engagement, and participation in emergency response exercises.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners, municipal authorities, contractors, vendors, and internal business partners.

  • Contribute to work planning, procedure reviews, job plan development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to field personnel while promoting a strong culture of safety, inclusion, respect, and accountability.

  • Complete and oversee administrative activities including Maximo work management processes, reporting requirements, performance documentation, and related operational records.

  • Emergency response training and demonstrated ability to support emergency preparedness activities.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational activities in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of engineering drawings, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and crossing agreements.

  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, integrity, respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge of pipeline maintenance operations and work management practices.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and systems such as Maximo, Oracle, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, Bluebeam, iAuditor, Meridian Explorer, and other operational software.

  • Experience developing or working with Red Book procedures and documentation.

  • Previous experience coordinating field crews, contractors, and capital project activities.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent interaction with regional operations teams, contractors, landowners, and project stakeholders.

  • Participation in an on-call rotation and emergency response activities.

  • Extended hours may be required during outages, emergencies, project work, or operational events.

  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

  • Travel within the operating area to support maintenance activities, projects, and stakeholder engagement.

Benefits:

  • A flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disability.

  • A paid parenthood leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.
