About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our welcoming group homes located between Guildford/Granville and Casula. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, community participation, and skill development.
  • Empower clients to make their own choices and pursue personal goals.
  • Collaborate with a passionate, dedicated team to provide outstanding care.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment for all residents.

Requirements

  • Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 20+ hours per week.
  • Must be available for morning shifts (6:00am–10:00am).
  • Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).
