Job Description:

   

Supports the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of commercialization processes, procedures, reporting, and operational practices across HPE. This role works across business and functional organizations to drive consistency, visibility, and alignment in how offers are planned, managed, and executed. Acting as a key coordinator of process standards, reporting practices, roadmap priorities, and automation opportunities, the role helps enable scalable commercialization operations and improved business outcomes.

The Commercialization Tool & Workflow Manager serves as a lead for process integration, operational governance, reporting effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting the New Offer Introduction (NOI) program. The role facilitates stakeholder alignment, defines and maintains offer operational roadmaps, drives tool adoption and process standardization, and promotes automation and AI-enabled efficiencies. Success in this role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions that improve visibility, accountability, and execution excellence.
 

How you will make your mark:

  • Own and maintain domain process and procedure alignment across commercialization functions.
  • Define and govern reporting, dashboard, and homepage standards to improve visibility and consistency.
  • Drive operational readiness and adoption of commercialization tools and capabilities.
  • Maintain and manage the tools, automation, and continuous improvement roadmap for NOI offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual activities through automation.
  • Support AI enablement initiatives aligned to improving NOI commercialization efficiency and improvements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment on process improvements, governance standards, and operational priorities.
  • Establish and maintain NOI offer data quality standards to support accurate reporting and decision making.
  • Partner with business and functional teams to improve operational workflows, user experience, and process effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commercialization execution, transparency, and accountability.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in program management, business process management, systems implementation, or tool integration.
  • Experience leading tool deployments, integrations, or process transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with business process modeling, workflow optimization, and operational governance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Experience with field mapping, data structures, and integration planning.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, workflow orchestration, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business process integration, system capabilities, and operational workflows.
  • Experience with tools such as Aha!, Smartsheet, BusinessOptix, ServiceNow, PIM solutions, Beacon, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of integration planning, field mapping, and data governance practices.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in project planning, roadmap management, and execution tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across business, operations, and technical organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across multiple teams and leadership levels.
  • Highly organized with strong program discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI-driven process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
