Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals within Product Development. Drive team performance, ensuring delivery of project objectives, quality standards, and business targets. Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development. Establish and maintain effective team operating standards, processes, and best practices. Allocate resources and manage priorities to address operational and project challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product development activities and strategic initiatives. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Support problem-solving and decision-making activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience within semiconductor, product development, R&D, or related industries. Proven experience in leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations. Strong people management and leadership skills. Ability to develop, motivate, and coach engineering talent. Experience managing technical projects and resource planning. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
