JOB PURPOSE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Job Profile
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing the maintenance and continuous improvement of automated systems and machinery within the plant. This role involves managing a team of technician and engineers, ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing performance, and maintaining safety standards.
- 5 years of experience in maintenance management within an automated manufacturing environment
- Advanced certifications in automation or maintenance management is a plus
- IATF Requirement expertise
- Experience with Kistler press, Helium leak test, Siemens PLCs, and HMI systems is required
- Maintenance Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all automated systems and machinery
- Ensure timely and effective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of automation equipment including robotics. Kistler press, Helium leak test, Siemens PLCs, and HMI Systems
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
- Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide training to ensure team members are skilled in the latest technologies and safety protocols
- System Optimization
- Continuously assess and improve the performance of automated systems
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and enhancements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
- Implement best practices for predictive and preventative maintenance
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessment
- Promote culture safety within the maintenance team and across the plant
- Inventory and Budget Management
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for parts and services as needed
- Documentation and reporting
- Maintain details records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and downtime incidents
- Prepare and present regular reports of maintenance metrics and performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation’s standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaboration and effective communication
