Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the daily success of the hotel. This position guides and directs hotel team members with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate brings experience in guest service and hotel operations and thrives in a hands-on environment. You’ll guide your team to deliver a welcoming, efficient, and dependable guest experience while supporting the General Manager in maintaining overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities: • Operational Support: o Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the front office, and housekeeping. o Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. o Monitor room inventory and occupancy levels to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. o Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the rooms division to ensure consistency and efficiency. o Support labor and expense management efforts while maintaining service excellence. • Guest Satisfaction: o Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally. o Implement guest service programs and initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience. o Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking appropriate action to improve service levels. • Guest Experience Leadership: o Support all aspects of Front Office operations, ensuring an exceptional, seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. o Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining composure and empathy in every interaction. o Build and sustain a service-oriented culture aligned with the hotel brand
