For our rapidly growing team, we are looking for a BIM Consultant (all genders) to support large-scale infrastructure and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities. Your Mission
As a BIM Consultant (all genders), you will manage and coordinate BIM-related activities across complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to implement BIM standards, ensure data quality, and support digital transformation initiatives within the construction sector. Your role will include optimizing processes, integrating tools, and enabling efficient collaboration across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate BIM projects
You oversee BIM activities in infrastructure and industrial construction projects and ensure smooth coordination across all project phases.
Implement and adapt BIM standards
You are responsible for applying and adjusting BIM standards and processes to meet project and client requirements.
Support teams and drive adoption
You train and support project teams in BIM methodologies and ensure consistent application across projects.
Ensure system integration and data integrity
You manage the integration of BIM tools and platforms while maintaining high data quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate and optimize processes
You work closely with stakeholders to improve workflows and contribute to digital transformation initiatives in the construction sector.
About the skills that make your work successful:
Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), enabling effective collaboration in international and cross-functional environments.
Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction project management, or a comparable field
Professional experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its application in projects
Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) tools or collaboration platforms (e.g., Thinkproject, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Construction & Engineering, Dalux)
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as well as interest in innovative topics, combined with flexibility and mobility in a consulting environment
