Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and deliver robust security solutions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues within access management frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration of ForgeRock solutions with various enterprise systems and applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
