Overview:
Ecolab is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations across the North & West Africa (NWA) cluster. This highly business-critical role is accountable for the overall supply chain strategy and execution across multiple countries and divisions, including manufacturing operations, contract manufacturing, planning, logistics, inventory management, and customer service. As the Supply Chain leader for the cluster, this position owns the Supply Chain contribution to the S&OP process and serves as a core member of the North & West Africa Leadership Team.

What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations across multiple countries within the NWA cluster.
- Direct manufacturing operations, contract manufacturing partners, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Lead the Supply Review and represent Supply Chain in the S&OP process.
- Lead, coach, develop, and engage a team of 30+ employees.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Manage operational risks and business continuity plans.
- Contribute as a key member of the NWA Leadership Team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing large teams.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Supply Chain operations across multiple countries or regions.
- Demonstrated experience leading S&OP processes.
- Experience managing manufacturing operations and/or contract manufacturing networks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Experience leading Supply Chain operations across Africa, the Middle East, or emerging markets.
- APICS, CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
