Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care to clients throughout Nassau County, including Glen Cove, Garden City, Freeport, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
