Job Description:

Job Summary
This position supports the development, maintenance, and governance of revenue management tools and pricing systems. He/She provides user support, drives system enhancements, delivers training, and ensures alignment between business processes and pricing policies. This position works closely with regional stakeholders to improve system functionality, support commercial teams, and maintain compliance with established revenue management standards.

Responsibilities
•    Provides user support for revenue management tools, including Deal Manager, IAS, and IWA, and troubleshoots system-related issues.
•    Ensures pricing systems are aligned with current pricing policies, business rules, and governance requirements.
•    Gathers and documents business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
•    Tests, validates, and supports the deployment of system enhancements and new capabilities.
•    Partners with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are understood and effectively implemented.
•    Develops, maintains, and updates training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
•    Delivers training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities for new tools, enhancements, and capabilities.
•    Monitors system performance and identifies opportunities for process optimization and automation.
•    Supports compliance initiatives by ensuring pricing tools accurately reflect approved policies and procedures.
•    Reviews and monitors compliance exceptions, investigates root causes, and partners with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
•    Acts as a subject matter expert for revenue management systems and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics or related field - Preferred

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

•    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

•    Understands basic financial terminology and concepts
 

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to the office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Candidates must be currently in the same geographic location or willing to relocate independently.
